Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
Until recently this was a nice, clean, quiet apartment complex.
A revolving door of managers, office staff, and maintainence crew have left this place a shambles compared to what it once was.
The cleaners have been fired.
To get tenants the leasing associates have resorted to a higher percentage of students (loud parties) and young families (sreaming children).
Homeless people dive in the dumpsters, several people have had cars broken into, and sexual assaults have occurred next door.
