I only moved from this apartment complex because I moved out of state. I am now getting ready to move back into Arizona so am looking at apartment ratings and was shocked to see all the bad things about this complex. I would definitely move back in here except my new job is on the west side of the valley and am trying to get close to that. We lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. We did have an issue with the a/c breaking in the summer but they were very quick to fix it (less than 24 hours). I did see a couple vehicles get broken into but that is not the apartment complex's fault. Of course you can hear your neighbors sometimes but that is part of living in an apartment. If you do not want to hear noise either rent or buy a house. I was sad that I had to move out of here.
