Overall I think this is a pretty good place to live. This is one of the cheapest places to live within the area. Although it is not a luxury apartment, I find it sufficient. Here are some of the bad things:
the parking sucks (you have to pay for covered parking)
screaming kids
too many families
Some of the good things are that they recently painted the place so it looks really nice. The grounds are always maintained and look really nice.
The staff is nice too.
