I have been living at the Pinnacle Grove apartments for a year now.
I have really enjoyed living here.
The office staff is helpful and very nice.
The property is always clean and well kept.
If I need something repaired the maintenance personnel is there within 2 days.
The apartment complex is located in good area so I feel safe.
The only complaint I have is that the walls are thin.
If you are lucky you will get quiet neighbors.
For the price, location, and friendly staff you canāt go wrong.

I have lived in apartments all of my life and Pinnacle Grove was my favorite apartment community....ever. I lived there from 2003 to 2006. The floorplans were diferent & cute. The property & parking areas were always clean and the landscape was beautifully kept. The office staff was nice & everytime I had a maintenance issue, the maintenance staff took care of the problem immediately. I came to know quite a few of my neighbors & we took turns feeding pets or watering plants when we went on vacation. I never lived in a place before where I actually trusted the neighbors. All of the patios have a beautiful view of the lush green landscape. Every morning I would sit on my patio before work, with a cup of coffee and smell the orange blossoms from the 50 or so orange & grapefruit trees. (Which they allow you to pick - the sweetest fruit you can imagine) If this property had gone condo I would have purchased two units. The apts. are older & have occasional maintenace problems but a lot of things were repaired and upgraded uniformely during the time I was there. The walls are a little thin, but not intolerable. This is a really great place to live.
