You can do much better

I moved into these apartments in June of '06. I liked them until new management took over. Since Greystar Management began running things there have been nothing but problems.
Maintenance doesn't fix anything. While they were redoing the apartment above mine, they left a hose running overnight. I was out of town and came back to find my bathroom flooded. It took two weeks for them to fix it and they didn't do it correctly. They actually plastered over the vent in the celing where the leak came from. This is causing a serious mildew issue because there is no ventalation. That was back in March and they have yet to fix their error. The AC unit broke down and it took them 2 days to fix it. Mind you it was 106 outside. The hot tub is almost always broken as well.
Due to the leak, I have had to deal with the staff on a fairly regular basis. They really couldn't care less. One of the staff, a girl by the name of -------, told me that they would fix it when they got to it. She is very rude and unprofessional on a daily basis. They often lock up early and are just generally unaccomadating.
They could be really nice apartments if they were under different management. My suggestion is to skip over this place until a new crew is running the show.

I agree. I lived at Pinnacle Grove when it was still Fairfield. As soon as Greystar took over, things went downhill. The apartment started looking dingy-- trash piled up, the hot tub almost always broken, the pool area messy, etc. I thought the quality of tenants went down too. "Maintenance" responded to my mold complaints by caulking OVER the mold that had started growing in my bathroom due to drips and leaks. The drips and leaks in the bathroom are still an issue. I can't wait for my lease to end.

I totally agree also. I have been in the complex since October and it has gone down hill fast. The sink in my kitchen stopped up and I called after hours to get it fixed. Handyman (and I use the term loosely) came to fix it. He poured some very caustic solution down the sink that ate the pipes and then refused to call a plumber because he said it was not an emergency. Plumber came out the next day and stated that it would indeed have been considered an emergency since I live on the bottom floor and things run downhill. I to can't wait for my lease to end. Did the hot tub ever work? It has not worked since I moved in. I agree also on the attitude of the office management, they are always rude and never willing to help in any way. Have pictures of the mess maintenance made in my kitchen if anyone is interested in seeing.
