The management is quite unhelpful. Although they look professional, whenever you need them to do anything, they turn into rude unprofessionals- especially the guy. And they are sneaky about nickel-n-diming. Please please read the lease completely before signing it. and don't expect any help from management.

I have to completely disagree, the management is the reason I moved in here and the reason I continue to renew. They're always so courteous. This person just probably tried to walk all over them or went in there with an attitude and wasn???t pleased that they didn???t kiss her/his butt! I go to the office at least twice a week to rent movies and just to talk to the girls and to the manager. They???re always so nice and go above and beyond!
