I went into Pinnacle Grove last week and was toured by a really nice girl. I told her about the problems I had with an apartment I had moved into. She was very sympathetic and showed me various floor plans and practically showed me the whole complex. It didn't even feel like I was being toured by a boring/rude leasing agent, she truely cared for my needs and did her best to accommodate me. She got me moved in that same day and the apartment itself is really nice. I had a chance to speak with the manager who is also very nice and professional. I went back in because my garbage disposal wasn't working and the maintenance guy went that same day to fix it. The grounds are always kept so nice as well. I had such a positive experienced that I felt I needed to let people know. Also, don't take these negative reviews to seriously, if someone has a bad experience they're going to find an outlet but the people who have good experiences hardly go out of their way to let people know.

I totally AGREE with your review. People who tend to post negative comments about problems....generally tend to be a problem themselves. GREAT complex. Quiet...Clean...Friendly Tenants and great office staff!
