There is nothing better than walking into a clean community.
It shows just how much the staff takes care of the place.
The community is very green and well kept.
The staff is nothing short of kind and generous.
I'm moving out this month and I'm sorry to go.
This community is very great, it's a hidden gem in the uglyness that Tempe, AZ can sometimes be.
You'll feel it too the moment you walk through the doors.
The manager is always making conversation with his residents and always seems to be in a good mood.
His assistant is the exact same way, she actually cares about the residents and isn't just out for the money, the leasing girl has always been very nice to me as well! I wandered on this site the other day and felt that I needed to post something positive amongst all this cruelty.
Rent at Pinnacle Grove, you won't be dissappointed.

Excellently said! I used to be an asst. property manager and now live at Pinnacle Grove. After working and living at many complexes, I've never seen a community that has taken such good care of their residents and and property grounds.
