I have never encountered such RUDE girls in all my life!! They were nice before you move in but once you live there it is a different story. There has been more than one occasion I have gone to the office and been ignored because they have their friends just hanging around the office and they only would get to me once they are done having their "Personal Conversation." They have also made nasty comments under their breath but loud enough for you to hear. I could go on and on with tons other little things that are just so wrong with this apartment complex. I hope anyone that moves in does not ever have to deal with either one of the girls in the office because they are unprofessional and just flat out rude and nasty.

I think that their are also nice things about the complex as well but just assuming that I have a "personal issue" with the staff is ridiculous. I seldom EVER go to the office for anything. I have encountered "staff issues" that has nothing to do with personal matters it has to do with apartment matters. I wrote my opinion in hopes that people know that the staff has treated me badly and I don't believe it was warranted. Everyone is entitled to their opinion I am glad you have had positive encounters with the staff and I wish that was the case with me as well But it has been VERY BAD the majority of the time.

I have to completely disagree. We just renewed our lease another year just because of the friendliness of the staff and great improvements they have made to the community. Yes, there are things that are wrong with the complex, but you will run into that with any complex and any home you own. No place is perfect. I have never encountered any issues with the office staff, they have only been friendly, funny and extremely courteous! Maintenance requests get resolved immediately. The only negative to this property is the lack of courtesy on the tenants park in reference to picking up after their dogs. There are tons of children on this property and they can't even walk on the grass without running into a "deuce". This is a great complex and I hope people don't listen to the above poster because it obviously was a personal issue not a staff issue.

This is the most ludicrous review I've read. The girls in the office are the reason I moved in and the reason I continue renewing my lease. They are always so nice and sweet! I really doubt they "made nasty comments under their breath but loud enough for you to hear". The complex is exceptionally clean (with the exception of dog poop).

I am a current residence and also feel that the staff is very rude. They were so polite before me and my family moved in but after things changed. We currently discussed an apartment issue with one of the girls and on top of being rude she laughed at what I was saying and made sarcastic remarks. We really hate that we spent our money here becasue we have lived in such better establishments. So be aware everyone, please do not move here it is not what appears to be.
