I am half way through my second lease and I plan on a third! Very helpful staff, grounds are always clean, apartment maintenance is always quick to respond and fixes the issue the first time, they are very pet friendly, they have pool side BBQ's every few months with prizes such as free rent, free carpet cleaning, and gift certificates. James the apartment manager and his staff are always going out of there way to make the residents happy. I have never seen one roach since I have lived here! The residents are very friendly and the complex is quiet after hours. After kids get out of school there is some noise but the kids are very well behaved on the grounds. I have nothing but good things to say about Pinnacle Grove apartments and there very courteous staff. Thanks for making my apartment a home!
