After living at Quads for a year, here are some advice to future residents:

1. Dont bother sleeping in your room because youll wake up at 5 AM when grounds maintenance is leafblowing outside your window and youll have to use the toilet which has the mother of all clogs and have to call a friend to pick you up and find a bathroom because you cant drive anywhere because while you were sleeping someone broke into your car and stole the stereo, broke the window, and took your favorite sunglasses, of course after calling your friend, make sure to answer the door because the cop is there to ask why he just received a complaint that you were being too noisy, after explaining to him that for paying $120/mo for electricity through APS, you'd hope all of ASU could hear your leaking fridges built in sound system, you then ask the cop to ask the hobo digging through the dumpster in the parking lot if he saw anybody break into your car as you go wash your feet because you stepped on 16 cockroaches just going to answer the door, then you decide to do your laundry next to the spa with economy bucket of cashews emptied in it as a late night partier throws beer bottles from the third floor at the guys playing football next to your window, then you walk back inside your apartment because you forgot your life savings in change for the washing machine and dryer, as you walk in you realize someone just stole stereo equipment from your living room and your friend, that has come to pick you up, runs out of the bathroom as noahs yellow flood follows him from your toilet clogged with the holy ark, you run out the door and step in a grocery bag filled with ---- your neighbor left for you after stealing your newspaper.

2. If you dont care about your quality of living or feel like taking a few years off your life then...

This person is right the Quadrangles had to be the apartments from Hell. The maintanence is an on again off again pool and already this year one of the pools were green. The lighting around the place is basically non existent unless some inspector comes by then they change all the bulbs and turn on the lights for one day. There is a guy who must live by the trash can because the second you dump your trash he is out there digging in it. The apartments are way over priced for vynl wood flooring, cheap carpet, yellow old rotting tubs and cheap painting you pay over $1100 for a 2 bedroom apartment extra if you get a pool view. The laundry room is okay. They just put in new machines that take cards only but you can only refill your card in the office so if you run out of money after hours forget it. They started putting a security gate up in May and it is still not finish. One question, why put it up if you are not going to gate up the entrances on Dorsey? There are constantly broken bottles all over the complex. The staff seems to have no high school education. This place should be changed into a shelter for homeless people.
