I've lived at the Quads now for a year. I moved here for fall 04. I stumbled on to this web site after I moved in and was worried about all the reviews. So far no roaches and I cook every day(I am very clean though). I had a issue with my sink not draining, and they came the same day with the "snake" to clean my drain. The walls are a little thin, but most apartments are that way. I have been lucky with my neighbors not partying, and have met most of them. My building(by the gym)is pretty quiet, it seems like couples all live in my building. It is a great location for walking or biking to school(twenty min. walk, 10 ten min. bike ride). All the other apartments I looked at that were close to ASU looked like crap. UH, Village, are nice, but dam there are always kids lingering around(scary). UH, Village, Apache Terrace, and all others had beer cans and bottles EVERYWHERE. The fact that the quads has people cleaning EVERYDAY is great. They just installed sprinklers and are working up the landscaping(green grass in AZ'), so it is looking nice so far. The Quads are very clean, and the staff is pretty nice. The parking is great if you get there early. There are plenty of spots to park. But the covered is first come first serve. I have a alarm on my SUV and it has not been broken into, although my alarm light is very bright. As for the guy that goes through the trash, oh well what can you do' I figure he is doing my recycling for me and he does not look like a threat, just making some change. The college kids over here aren't too bad, they are pretty typical. There are always nice people laying out by the pools, and people working out in the gym. This is better than what I expected for living so close to ASU.
