Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived in the quads in 2003. I didn't mind the partying or the not so pretty grounds...but I did mind that my car got broke into and my dishwasher was broke basically the whole time I was there. I read some other posts and it was exactly the situation I dealt with! I was told I wasn't cleaning my dishes enough before I put them in and the washer was not broken. But at one point the bottom of the dish washer flooded and wouldn't drain. It smelled gross and took them forever to come fix it. The dish washer still didn't work (but didn't flood again).
