When on the apartment's "top ten reasons for living here" they have to mention location three times you should know something is wrong.

This is my second apartment complex in Tempe and I chose this one because it is so close to ASU. The management staff is unprofessional at best. They act as though water outages are not a big deal. Once over the summer I did not have water for three days and they said it didn't matter because they gave out keys to an empty apartment for about 100 people to shower in. The maintainance workers are just as inept. When things do get fixed they break again within a week. The lock on my door was broken when somebody tried breaking in and it took a week to fix my door so I could lock it.

Soliciters are rampant and allowed. Parking is impossible too find after 10pm. The Quads are the noisest place I have ever been.

For $900/month the service should be a lot better and the apartment should be much nicer.

I would reccomend saving your money and just parking in the Quads parking lot like everybody else does. nn
