All around the quads was a nice place to live. Great location-right near a flash bus stop and walking distance to asu. I really liked all the trees and grass- good upkeep. Any problems I had were fixed by maitence the same day and the staff in the office was very nice. A great place to live if you like to party on the weekend but its not to noisy if you like to sleep on the week nights. I made friends with a lot of my neighboors, everyone is super friendly. They are redoing the pool, office, workout room, and fencing the place. My only complaint is that when we got our notice to renew, they had raised rent significantly which is why we are planning to move.
