Do not rent here. The apartment had a roach problem (like big roaches that fly, it was gross) and everything we did we couldn't get them to go away. We're decently clean people but nothing worked. Also, there's no quarter machine in the laundromat. The office staff was ok and the pools were decent but that's the only good thing about them.
