Maybe it's the location we have, but Quad isn't that bad, even though we are leaving in December. The noise was never a problem until our neighbors across from us moved in, now every 3 days out of the week or so we get the annoying girlfriend who is a giant loudmouth. Before them, noise was never a problem.

We used to do our laundry here at Quad but we've moved onto laundromats. It's cheaper and easier rather than wasting 4 quarters for a very small load of laundry. To their credit though, I did leave our laundry (My girlfriend and I) in the laundry room over night on accident, only to find out that not only were they not touched or stolen, but that every piece of clothing we had there hadn't been moved at all. That was a good sign.

Yes the management sucks, especially with that big black lady with the gross arms. The "computer lab" here sucks and some of them have spyware on them cause people like to look at foot-fetish porn on there. The pool area is crawling with guys now, only because the guys there like to stare at the girls who swim, making them nervous and scared.

Overall, Quad is an alright place, if you get the right location. We're in the back, closer to Dorsey and those new Condos. Seeing as how this was our first year not living with our parents, we didn't know much about anything when it came to apartment shopping. If anything quad did for us, it served as a guide as to what TO look for and what NOT to look for. Seriously, how can people live without having a washer and dryer in their unit'

The price is insane, people have dogs that weigh three times as much as their legal limit (25 pounds), the security guards are creepy...I mean, of course every complex isn't going to be perfect. Quad is no different. But all things considered, if you live here long enough, you'll leave here 1,000,000,000 times smarter than you were because you now know the ins-and-outs of apartment hunting.
