I have been living at the Quadrangles for 4 months and I am really regretting signing a 12 month lease. I want out. I have had to call security several times for inconsiderate neighbors who blast their music any time they see fit. I spend more time at my boyfriends apartment (not in the Quads) than mine due to this. The smell of weed floods the sidewalks all times of the day.
Whoever controls maintenance won't do anything unless you continuously bug them and even then they treat you like they could not care less. The actual maintenance staff is friendly though. The apartments are overpriced.
I am a woman who lives by myself and there have been multiple times, when walking to my car at night, that guys have attempted to pick up on me. It is extremely unpleasant.
I had to pay for a gate clicker because they told us that everyone had to get one. The gates are still automatic.
I do not have internet for my apartment becuase the Quads have a computer room with internet. They turned the internet off and have not turned it back on for weeks. For a while, they would not allow residents to even use the computers. The computer room is one of the things which sold me on the Quads due to me not having to pay extra for internet. I am taking an online class, so it has made it extremely inconvenient. It was part of the deal and they are lacking in keeping up their part.
I would not reccomend the Quadrangles unless you do not mind noise, smell, or false promises.
If you have children, DO NOT live here.
