Quadrangles Village

If you are college student it is probably great! Party central, not on campus, pools, jacuzzi, exercise room, people to change your lightbulbs. But as a newly, it was a half assed complex.
The "business center" was so poorly put together. Wireless internet, put through wal-mart routers, with no security on it. So that means anybody in the apartments around the office were using that bandwidth for their own personal internet. Also there were no proxies on the computers in the business center. The internet is still down, because a virus was downloaded through a porn site (thats what the staff says, but i think its myspace) rendered the computers inoperable. They have yet to fix it.
The staff cares more about smoke breaks, lunch, and roping people into leases than they do about giving good quality customer service.
Maintenance was slow. Neighbors were noisy. Rent is $820 for an "upgraded" one bedroom unit. They call painting our counter tops poop brown upgraded.
If your on someone elses dime, or have a roomie, and want to be in the middle of the party scene at ASU, then you'll love it. But I am ending my lease early and moving home.
We had these same kinds of problems at another apartments complex (Four Peaks,
Foutain Hills, AZ) turns out they are both Bernard Allison properties.
