I cannot stress how terrible the management is here. There needs to be an option for zero (or even negative) stars here to full express my displeasure with these idiots.
For whatever reason, we have been getting notices lately that our rent is not paid (when in fact it is). The most confusing part, though, is that the amount we "owe" has changed three times, without any action on our part. The first notice, we owed $660. The second, $340. One of my roommates went to the office to tell them she will be moving soon, and while there she explained the notices, and asked how much we still owe. Nothing, she is told. Two days later, we get yet another notice, this one claiming we owe $450.
I really don't get it. It's like they have somebody just sitting in the office, making up random numbers to charge people, even after they've paid their rent.
The laundry room is a massive amalgamation of failure.
And ---, one of the managers, is possibly THE most arrogant person I have ever dealt with. Can't wait until my lease is up in June so I can get the ---- out of here.

I can relate to this event...I also received eviction notices for failure to pay rent in August/ September, just shortly after I had submitted my intent to leave the apartment. I always paid my rent weeks prior to or at the latest, on the first of the month. I tried to contact the supposed 'lawyers' on the eviction notice, only to get no answer. Finally, someone at quadrangles finally admitted that indeed, i had paid rent and to dismiss the notice. I received this notice three times, but luckily, I obtained a letter from the cow manager attesting to their mistake, so if i ever have any problems...I have proof that it's their end that is screwed up.
Wholly cowdogs I say!
