I have lived at the quads for almost one year now and I should have never moved in from the beginning. I had put down a deposit for a two bedroom/2 bathroom to hold my apartment when we came in a couple days before to sign all the paper work we found out that they had given out apartment away to an employee and we no longer had an apartment. We should of left right then, but they upgraded us and the lady that helped us fought with the owners to do so. After we moved in we found out the lady got fired for helping us get into a better apartment because they gave ours away. Our apartment was okay and the only bad thing was the loud neighbors below us and our stove top never work for the entire 6 months and they came to fix it twice. After that lease was up I had to move into a one bedroom for money reasons and it wasn't really any cheaper for a one bedroom and the first day I was in I had roaches everywhere and they came and sprayed. Since then I have sprayed once a month and I still have bugs. I had a leak underneath my sink that was getting moldy and the bottom boards were warping and falling apart. It took maintenance 4 times of coming out to actually fix the problem and every time I called it took 3 or 4 days for they to come out. Everything in the apartment is old and falling apart. The management is horrible they are all rude and ignore you when you come in and you have to ask for their intention and they give you attitude for interrupting their conversation. Also, when I moved into my other apartment they owed me money that was suppose to come within two weeks and took 2 months and I actually had to call the managers who live in a different state to get my money back. This place is horrible. I would never live here again and never recommend anyone to live here. Anyone I have ever talked to would never live here again.
