I lived at Quadrangles for one year and I couldn't wait to get out. I lived on the first floor and constantly had noise from the person living upstairs. In fact, the man received many visits from the police over the course of him being there from beating his girlfriend... I lived in fear for some of the time, because he would harass (while intoxicated from his balcony) me or anyone who would come up the stairwell. When I complained to the staff they were uncooperative and uncaring.
The staff consistently was ignorant of all the things that went on at the Quads. It seemed as long as they got your money, that's all they cared about. In fact, for more than 6 months, each month they would post a notice on my door claiming I didn't pay. When, in fact, I'd paid rent on time and had a photocopy of my check and the staff that took it. I highly recommend you to have them photocopy and sign any of your payments, because they will try to overcharge you. They are constantly trying to rip you off, especially when you move out and will charge you for any and everything (like a little ice left in the freezer).
Also, there are several strange "characters" you'll see wandering around the grounds. Specifically an old man who wears swim trunks and lives in the gameroom. Other shady characters live there, such as older men who wander the grounds. I feel bad for the little children that do live there with their families, because it really isn't a good environment for them.
It is not worth it at all. The scenery looks nice to cover up for the bad staff, bad neighbors and the huge rip-off that it is.
