This place is hell....no really don't move here!

I have lived here for two years and while it has never been the best place to live, up until the new management took over about a year ago it has been a living hell. We are forced to use a 3rd rate internet/cable service that never works, there is never any hot water, the place looks like a junk hole (they will let just about any crack head move here), and one of the agents that runs this joint (that everyone always get stuck talking to) is a total ----- to you if you are a current resident (she's totally different with future residents...don't be fooled). Fortunately we are moving in a month, but I feel sorry for the poor soul who moves in after us. Don't let it be you!
P.S. I just thought of something...if you are a woman don't move here for safety purposes. There is barely any outdoor lighting and you live like 50 feet away from about 20 sex offenders. (You can check for yourself online)

Several of the washers and dryers are not working. They don't bother to conduct periodic inspection and report them. You can have direct tv if your apartment faces south. If not, oh well, move somewhere else. There should be a maintenance guy inspecting the lights at night and report the busted ones. It appears that nobody does it. They just wait for a tenant to complain. It is not soundproof, so if you like to moan and groan a lot while having sex, your neighbors will be like listening to radio porn. One time I could here a woman having her orgasm while walking the grounds.
No compaints about that, but some people prefer privacy. You have to speak in whispers so your neighbors cannnot hear when you talk like a porn star telling your gf to "suck that --- you -----! spank me, big daddy, spank me!" imagine the looks you get from your neighbors the next day. embarrassing.
