My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year and have always been on time with our rent and have not been a problem. We admit we have outgrown this place. Basically if you're looking for a constant party then the Quadrangles is the place for you. Several times we were unable to use the pool due to the beer pong parties. There are bee issues as well around the pool. We had an ant problem that we reported to the office and they never took care of it. It took them 3 months to change the light bulb for our track lighting. The walls are very thin and we have had to call the cops several times due to random drunk people showing up at our doorstep. The laundry rooms are always dirty and the machines are constantly breaking. The office people are not helpful at all and are there to nickel and dime you. We also found out that the carpets are not professionally cleaned. Appliances are not in good working condition and when brought to the attention of the office staff they just laughed it off saying it's an apartment deal with it. We are moving out as soon as our lease is up.

A washing machine in the laundry room by where I lived (Building E) was leaking for months and something started growing. For the rest of the time I lived there (I moved out in December -- WOO HOO!) a wall of rotten-egg stench would SLAP you in the face when you opened the door. It was impossible to stay in the room with your laundry. You had to throw it in the machine and run out. I would be surprised if this has been addressed. Nothing else has been.
