OKay so When I first moved here it wasn't all that bad. There were nice people working in the office, albeit a bit young and inexperienced, but hey it's a college town, and being a college student myself, you take what job you can get. Anyways, after management changed, the place went down the tubes. The office staff began blowing people off about complaints, and were rude when you asked questions. They have totally cut down on the number of maintenance people, making getting anything fixed damn near impossible. Then they changed the cable service to some ---- company called ygnition, seriously' When they had a little party exhibiting the new company they had said it was optional to switch. Well it was optional, if you didn't want cable/internet service. Then When I complained they said, "We sent you a notice in the mail." No they did not, and they didn't post a letter to my door, like thy usually do, and they didn't have a sign up in the office explaining the problem until the day they shut everything off. I didn't have internet or cable tv for two weeks, because the new company was backed up so bad sine everyone else was trying to get the new service installed as well. Now that I have had this stupid little company's service for six months, it blows hard. Not only does the tv service go out whenever it lie (satelite via cable go figure), but the internet is slow as hell. I am trapped in this ------ hell hole until my lease is up. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

you should go to ambergardens.udgi.net where the office cares about its residents and the maintenance is always handled efficiently.
