Lived in Quadrangles for a couple of years.
Initially, the management was OK, but after the change in management a few months in things started going bad.
We (my flat-mate and I) faced quite a few plumbing issues in our apartment and the air conditioning was not adequate.
The response of the maintenance to the calls we made for any problem we had was very slow.
The blame probably should go to the management since the maintenance is understaffed.
It really got worse once we moved out.
We made sure that the whole apartment was spotless, but the settlement bill said otherwise even though the person from the leasing office was satisfied with the conditions of the apartment during the move-out walk-through.
When confronted with this apparent contradiction, the accounting manager in charge of the final settlement was horribly arrogant and out-right untruthful.

I would not recommend this place to anyone... at least not as long as the status-quo remained in terms of the mismanagement.
