I have lived this apartment for 2 yrs, and now I graduated and needs to move out, two of my friends want to move in, then I told the leasing office about my situation , the stupid leasing office told me that if I want to move out and let my friend move in , I need to pay the "sign out fee" and my friend needs to pay "sign in fee" in addition the application fee.

Also, the service is terrible, it is a pain to deal with some staff here, one of the staff (Nancy' forgot her name) is not professional at all, she yelled at my friends and told lies( I hate people who tell lies) when they asked her why she couldn't tell them that they needed to provide I-20 when they turned in the application fee. First time in USA, I realized that customer is not the god at least in this apartment.

So strongly recommend people not to live here.
