Reasons:
1) Un-professional staff. Special the "---" ------------------------, and ----------------------------. When you talked to them, they won't look at your eyes, ------ always pay attention to the "handsome guys" when you talk to them.

2)They always mess up your paper work and contracts. I have sign up an move-out form, but they said we have sign up a contact for continue live in there, so I have received an statement for $2400 (break lease fee). I did not sign up a contract at all.

3)The maintain is bad. The A/C is broken every week, and they won't assign you to another place, and the maintain did not work at all.

4)not safe at all, in the mid-night someone just nocked your door for fun, and you can hear some people is yelling at night.

Many ------- -------- people sell drugs at this place too. It does suck!
