Quadrangles Village
AVERAGE RATING

I was scared to move in because of all the bad reviews, but I realize they are mostly bitter people who don't live there anymore. Well I do live at Quadrangles right now, and it's really not that bad. Granted, it's cheap and near school, so you get what you pay for. It's not perfect, kinda old, and yes of course there are parties. However, I've not once been woken up excessively loud parties. Most people keep it decently under wraps.
I've had to call maintenance twice, both times for a broken toilet, which kinda sucks, but they came the very next day and were really nice. The maintenance guy also saw me looking outside for my bike that was stolen and took down the information on it so he could keep a look out for me. That's one thing, make sure if you have a nice bike you put a cage around it or just keep it in your apartment, because my $600 bike was stolen from the bike rack outside my apartment. I hate how the reviews all have to do with race, also. Yes, there are a lot of people from different races living here, but that doesn't make it a bad place.
Anyways, if you're considering living here, be aware that you are moving into a college type scene. But the apartments are cheap and located really close to ASU, so it's worth the quirks that come with it, I think. Happy apartment hunting!

I don't know why you keep saying that the rent is "cheap" because when I lived there in a 1BD 1BA it cost more than $700 to live in a terrible environment with poor management, lousy neighbors and it was way overpriced. If I wanted to live in that kind of environment I would have moved in to a shady place on Mill and saved myself some money...
Also, isn't it sad that your bicycle was stolen from a "secure" apartment complex that has walls and gates all around? Isn't it sad to know that one of your neighbors stole your bike or even worse one just someone who came to get their drugs and picked up a bike too?
Maintence was never really an issue, because he was usually prompt in correcting the problem. However, the office staff is terrible and will mess up your paperwork, overcharge you and just be plain hard to get a hold of. At first you think the place is really great but after you live there, you'll realize.
After you live in that place for at least 6 months then you'll understand what everyone else is talking about.

This review was creative damage control by the front office. What else could it be?Cheap apartments? A full updgraded one bedroom is $825 a month WITHOUT a washer/dryer. Laundry rooms are disgusting. There is so much drug activity here they should call it the Cocaine Quads. Also, don't forget to pass the chicken curry! Give me a break!

These positive reviews MUST be management shills. Just because someone doesn't live there any more means their review of this dump is somehow invalid?? What?? Anyone with any sense RUNS from this place the minute their lease is up. I lived there for a year. I never saw any drug problem, but -- no exaggeration-- the laundry room by Building E smelled like an open sewer. I couldn't stay in there while my laundry was going. I COULDN'T. Management is made up of unresponsive, threatening bullies. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT MOVE HERE, NO MATTER WHAT THESE MANAGEMENT SHILLS SAY.

Just because someone gives a decent review does not mean they're management. I'm definitely NOT management. My laundry room is clean and doesn't smell, but I know there are others so I won't speak for everyone. I've never seen a drug problem and my rent is $565 for 1 bed 1 bath--not at all unreasonable. And yeah, it definitely sucks that my bike was stolen but that doesn't mean the complex isn't any more secure than others. in almost every complex that's gated you'll find that people can just follow someone in. that's not the quad's fault.

Well Lisa Love it looks like you just PISSED OFF all the people who rent one bedrooms. The range is $700 - 825 since I moved in over two years ago. They are not lowering prices either. If you are telling the truth the only explanation is you are getting a third world or ghetto affirmative action, diversity and inclusion rent concession. All the white people are paying top dollar I can assure you.

Not true. I live in Quadrangles now. I am from the Netherlands and have only been in the States for 8 weeks so I haven't lived anywhere else and therefore have no comparison. I also haven't lived here long so I might not be able to provide the best review. But I can testify to the rent not being $700-825. I have a 6 month lease for $580 for a fully upgraded 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. I did not get some 'special rate' and I am 100% caucasian. This is just what they charge right now due to there being so many empty apartments everywhere. I have no complaints (yet) about drugs, hygene issues, theft, or anything mentioned here. The only thing is that my upstairs neighbors are kind of loud and the floors are made of cartboard. However, after 10pm they usually become more quiet and those are the rules so I really can't complain too much. I don't know if I will renew my lease after 6 months but I am definitely not as negative as most other people that wrote above me.
