Stay away from them!!!

I stayed there for 15 months. It is the WORST WORST apartment I have ever lived in. The staffs are rude. Do not ever think that you can get your deposit back. More than that, they are asking more from ... more

Bug Infestations going on for years

This is a place where you'll get looted. The quadrangles office staff is so arrogant, that you cannot even want to see their faces. I have lived here for over a year, but this place is heaven for bedbugs and roaches. Maintainance staff ... more

Dont expect your security deposit back

I moved into Quadrangles because it was so close to the ASU campus. I dont see where everyone is getting such bad taste about these apartments. Maybe your just a rude person back to them? I talk respectful and polite ... more
