I've lived there over a year. The maintenance man is a poor excuse for a worker - can't keep an appointment to save his live; nor can he return a phone call. That also goes for the office staff. Work orders mysteriously disappear and work never gets done - I currently have one work order thats been open for over 2 months. Vandalism and car break-ins are rampant and you can't go a week without seeing a Tempe Police officer there filling out a report and taking prints off a car. And for the price its not worth it - they lure you in and then jack the rent up $165 per month within the end of a 6 month lease. Yeah - I said $165 increase in monthly rent - it's unreal. Once you're living here, you pretty much get treated like crap. Oh, and there was an assault in the laundry room so make sure you carry mace with you ladies - this guy likes to steal women's underwear after he attacks you. Don't move here if you value your safety and sanity.
