i live here and i LOVE our maintenance man.. he is always prompt and extremely nice.. he even helped me jump my car one day.. he goes out of his way to help and always says hello... my only complaint is that the pool has ice cubes in it all year round because it is sooooo cold and the hot tub doesn't always work.. but that is easily made up for by the people who work here who are all understanding, prompt, and caring... my boyfriend had an emergency crew come and get him one day because he was really sick.. everyone who worked here came to check on him.. we also won a wonderful gift basket on Christmas because we won a raffle for paying our rent in time... so to everyone who has a complaint.. clearly u do not know what is important and if u expect better u better expect to pay much more.. u knew that the parking lot was not gated when u moved in.. that is your own fault.. you definitely get more then what you pay for here
