I've lived here for almost a year now and it is a nice quiet community. Never any loud parties or disturbances. The parking is awful! you only get one space per apt. so if you have more than one car, there's nowhere to park. It's gated now, but it took them over 4months longer of construction than they told us form the begining. Annoying detour had to be made through the back gate. Now the gate finally works though, and its a nice security feeling. They jacked up the prices over a hundered dollars more when we resigned our lease....not happy about that. But the community is a diamond in the rough of that college community.
