I have lived here for 6 months and am about to renew my lease for an additional 6 months. Contrary to the last person's assesment I am being offered a incentive to continue my lease! I have no complaints with the staff or the complex. They are attentive and personable and they even know me by name, which in a complex this size is amazing! The apartments themselves, interiors were recently renovated but the major appliances are dated and in need of replacement. Fortunatly the staff is aware and are adament about replacing things as necessary.I feel safe and have not experienced anything that would make me want to discontinue living here.
