Close to campus and affordable.

My roommate and I lived at Rancho Las Palmas for a year. We loved the convenience of walking to class. The apartments were larger and and more contemporary than many of the other complexes in the area. There are complete floor plans and pictures at http://www.pinnacleholdingsinc.com .
