Lived there as a student, would rent again

It's much nicer than all the surrounding apartments, gated and well maintained. Maintenance repairs were quick and the staff were all friendly and easy to deal with. Their two bedroom apartments are a fantastic deal, their one bedrooms seem to be a bit overpriced in comparison, but still great compared to others in the area.
There is a catch though. There is a train that runs along the south side of the complex and it is quite noisy, ESPECIALLY if you in one of the south buildings with a window facing it. It is quite frequent, maybe 5-6 times per day, and often in the middle of the night. However, I lived in one of the south units with the windows facing it and got used to it fairly quickly; I'd still live there again.
I also got my full deposit back with no hassle, I even had a couple of issues they could have charged for but didn't. I'm not sure what caused the other complaints, perhaps different management.
