I was browsing this site when my lease came up for renewal and realized that Rancho is better than every other complex in Tempe!
I cannot believe someone wrote that we have roaches. There are some ants from the park but otherwise it ROCKS!
We had an issue with our A/C and they replaced our unit in the same day. I have had every maintenance issue taken care of the same day.
They just painted for us and the new landscaping is awesome- the best part, THEY DID NOT RAISE OUR RENT!
The girls in the office always have a smile and the manager is ALWAYS in early so we can pick up our packages.
I cannot say enough, I would refer anyone to live here.
Oh, the residents... My neighbors are great- I lost my wallet that had $800 cash for rent. Someone took it to the office untouched. CRAZY HONEST STAFF AND NEIGHBORS! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
