Bad Management

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 
The management has changed three times since I moved into the complex in 2007. The current one is the worst. The light around the stairs had been off for several months. Have to share the apartment with a lot of roaches, even though I always put killer bait everywhere. I guess it keep coming through plumb and sink.
