Its a great place to live if you go to school at ASU. The managment is great. However, there are alot of bugs, and the air vent systems are all tied together which produces some serious smells. Smells also come from electrical outlets. I enjoyed my one year in this apartment. You get your moneys worth. However, its not the type of place you would want to live in if your a social person, its kind of a dump. However, the convinence of the location is second to none.
