Since the change in manager & maintenance personnel in February 2003, the place is great! It's well-kept, quiet & secure.

The grounds are lovely.



It's walking distance to A.S.U.

& the best rates around.

You don't have to be embarrassed to bring anyone here.



It's almost full, with a lot of very nice people.
