We lived there for 5 months while my husband was a student at ASU, in 2000.

There were dead bugs in the freezer fan, the place was filthy when we moved in, and there was a problem with feral cats roaming around and dying on the sidewalks.

One laid there for days before someone removed it and left a "dead cat stain" on the sidewalk.

The area is very loud and the new paint on the countertops peeled off within the first 8 weeks.

It was cheap, but we couldn't wait to get out of there.
