The positive reviews must be written by the staff. Immediately after one negative review, a positive comment about the staff gets posted. Who cares about the staff when the property is infested, and the rent keeps increasing'

Unless you want to live with ROACHES, you shouldn't pick this place. Even the maintanance said that the entire property needs to be burned down to fix this problem!!!

Also dirty laundry room and unkept grounds.

There are other apartments near by that are cheaper and closer to ASU.
