Apartments are old, run down, have SEVERE cockroach and flea problems. Crime is ridiculous. Pool is ok, laundry is nothing to really use on a regular basis. Management is a real pain in the ass. Section-8 and welfare people are abundant here. No one seems to have a real job. Tons of kids vandalizing everything they can! Close to Price Freeway, but very high crime. Loud witht eh train tracks right next to the apts. Keep out of any apts. with this realty company. Generally they are all run down and all section-8/welfare ridden, as well as cockroach and gang/drug infested!

I totally agree. Lived there in 1999 and actually had to draw my gun on a would be intruder who was trying to break in. Absolutely a slum village where the landlord turns the right cheek to suspect tenants just to keep the place filled. Section 8 all the way!!!!!
