This apartment community is definitely like living in the ghetto. At night time the neighbors wake up and start partying. People begin shouting and fighting and when that quiets down the train comes thru. The train comes thru at least 3 times between the hours of 12 pm and 5 am everyday. Roaches are a huge problem because management only exterminates the apartment that complains and they never go away because the neighbors don't let management come in to exterminate their's also. The children in this complex are out of control! Their is no peace and quiet at all. A new paint job does not make up for all of this. The old management was much better than this. I had no problems at all with roaches until the new management took over. Everything in the apartments are so old that you will constantly have major appliances leaking and breaking down. Every time is rains the new roof that was put in caused another problem, now it just rains and floods in the apartment because of holes in the roof.
