Everybody needs to know what awesome staff is employed here at Riviera Village Apartment Homes. They truly make it feel like home! I absolutely love it here! Because of the people. They have the hearts and spirits of God. Their attitudes are immeasurable and they must really love their jobs and love people because it shows. I'm not talking once in awhile this is everyday life realness. Everyday is the same here at Riviera. Kasey the manager, president, director, or whatever she is...is very helpful and friendly. Stephanie is THE best, her attitude shines from 6am-6pm! So you can tell I don't have a life...because I'm always in the office watching them. lol...just kidding...I just have a great job which affords me time at home. And NObody paid me to say this either! lol...Stephanie is a beautiful person, always smiling and very helpful and friendly. Becky is maintenance and SHE goes above and beyond I mean way outta her way for resident satisfaction. She stayed in my home for like 3hours to fix my A/C! She had to get all grimy and dirty, had to clean the coil out, it wasn't pretty. Mike(maintenance) is always speeding around the complex cleaning or fixing something. They are amazing! Truly, Charisse Norwood.

This is not a great aparment to rent nasty people for the entire summer season I has problems with the air condition only to find out that it was a leak that Becky, mike and other from different property tried to plugg The Stephine is nice intil you have a a problem in your apartment Mike is a drunk he can not wait til he get off to have something to drink there's a trien that blow the horn every hour on the hour after 12:00AM the owners are in Califorina left thier property to people that should not be running the place they do not like to fix anything nor do they like to spend money my neighbor sells drugs trffic in and out allnite long and likes to party plays lous music and when you call the police he will turn it down once they leave he turns it right back up as it"s turn out all the stff is seeking for new employment due to the higher manager not wanting to spend the money to keep the property up so good property to rent you decide
