The summary pretty much says it all.

To truly appreciate the scope to which you would be ripped off by renting here, come take a look at the one-bedroom & two-bedroom apartments; decide if you want to pay $575 per month (1 bedroom) or $780 (2 bedroom) for shabby, outdated apartments; don't be taken in by the swimming pool - due to code violations, it hasn't been open in over 3 years.

Customer Service Attitude' How 'bout this' "If you don't like it here, you can leave!" - Obviously management sees no room for improvement!
