So I moved in recently, and the apartment wasn't clean, and if you live on the bottom floor it sucks, you can here everything. Well I recommend somewhere else! It a run down apartment from the 70's which doesn't look like anything has been changed sence that time. The lady in the office there is a nice lady but she has no control on anything, so that means us tenants are going to be screwed on anything we ask for. Overall I wouldn't recommend it. Go to the new places across the way they look nice, Which I'm probably going to do once my lease is up. Thanks! By the way: All the apartments in Down Town Tempe are old, run down, noisy, cockroach infested, and overpriced!
