Ok. I got used to the management taking my money and not giving anything in return - like a functioning stove, modern refrigerator, open swimming pool (it's currently in violation of several assorted building codes). But I was NOT prepared for the shock I received while browsing Maricopa County Records! Several members of management and one member of maintenance have lengthy police records, and have had MANY MANY MANY appearances as DEFENDENTS in court. Apparently, this is NOT restricted to just Management. The owner/broker of the complex has something of a history, too.
Think very carefully about how much you want repeat offender criminals having access to your personal belongings. Think very carefully about moving into Roosevelt Manor.
