the manager, although offsite, is very concerned about the tenants. Things get fixed quickly, and the manager knows most of the tenants by sight, and name.

There was a problem with the pool, but after
they replaced the filter and pump it has
been great.

The place is kept very clean. Trash that
is dropped or blows over is picked up within
a few hours. VERY CLEAN!

This is a nice small complex - don't
let the ugly green color fool you!

The maintenance guy and people who kept the place clean are no longer
working here (I heard they moved). Since their departe\ure, the quality of
this complex has deteriorated to the bottom of the barrel.

Maintenance used to be alsmost immediate. No Longer. Must wait.

Place has trash all over, dumpster always has large pieces of furniture around it.

AND IT STINKS!

Literllay, it stinks. There are pet odor smells that are ridiculous. I need to hold my breath when I go past some apartments.

There is also dog feces all around. Attrack lots of flies, unhealthy.

Chip, get the old maintenance people back!

So Chip, when am I getting my deposit back? I have documents that coincide with Arizona Revised Statues that say I was release for "Natural Causes," and the law states I get my deposit back. So does the Tenant Association, the City of Phoenix Tenant Assistance Department, and a lawyer I consulted. Why play legal games where this could end up costing more than the $362.50 that is rightfully owed to me?
