Not only were repairs made at the convenience of the Off-Site manager, but when our roof was torn off by the monsoons, we were booted into the street. Not only were we booted, but we were told different stories every day until we were booted. To add insult to injury, before we were done moving, someone came over and left all the doors and windows open. It's been almost a year, I still haven't received my deposit back, which, I have a copy of a document faxed to my current property manager that states, from the manager of Sago Gardens, that I was released from my lease due to natural causes - by Arizona Law, that is a reason to refund the entire deposit.

Prior to this, we were moderately happy. I had a minor issue with my next door neighbour blasting music all day, when I would be sleeping. We couldn't secure our patio door downstairs, the kitchen window would not stay in it's frame unless it was screwed down, we had ants, the bathroom fan didn't work, there was a three inch gap under the door, and I was totally alright with having to wait a week to receive a stove.

I have a mysterious dent in the side of my car that developed while living there, and I frequently had to call the police on fun stuff like people trying to break into vacant units, a man with a gun on my door step, and partier breaking windows.

YHour review is a year old. Things have changed. When the roof gave way, any empty units were give to tenants who lost units to monsoons. The manager offered other tenants refuge in his other proprties. All problems are quickly taken care of now, and problem doors have been replaced.

So where is my deposit? Anonymous - whatever, Chip. I want my deposit back. Shady as ever. At least I can use my name. The SECTION 8 tenants were offered refuge. The units on property were so badly damaged, half of the "refugees" were living without air conditioning and what-not. It's no wonder the insurance company is challenging the claims in court.
